JAIL TALK CONNECTIONS LLC has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. Jail Talk is an adults-only service. Everyone must confirm they are 18 or older before browsing, and every account agrees to these standards.
Strictly prohibited
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form — photo, video, drawing, AI-generated or written.
Sexualizing a minor, including sexual commentary about a child in a photo.
Grooming: building a relationship with a minor for sexual purposes, or asking a minor for images, contact details or a meeting.
Sextortion, trafficking, or advertising, soliciting or trading any of the above.
Anyone under 18 creating an account, appearing in a dating profile, or being presented as available to meet.
Off-platform links or handles used to move a child-safety violation somewhere else.
How to report a child-safety concern
In the app, open the menu on the profile, post, comment or conversation and choose Report → Child safety concern. This routes to the top of our queue immediately.
Or email jailtalkconnections@gmail.com with the subject line CHILD SAFETY and a link to the profile or content. This inbox is monitored daily.
If a child is in immediate danger, call 911 first. You can also report to NCMEC at CyberTipline.org or 1-800-843-5678.
What we do about it
Automated AI scanning runs on every uploaded photo, video and voice note — including what is said out loud. Anything detected as child sexual abuse material is deleted immediately, a child-safety case is opened, and the uploader's account is frozen pending review. Posts, comments, messages and bios are also screened automatically, and wording that sexualizes minors is blocked before it is saved.
Any report flagged as a child-safety concern jumps the moderation queue and alerts the owner by email the moment it is filed.
Confirmed violations mean immediate permanent removal of the account and all of its content, with no appeal and no new accounts.
We preserve the account record and the associated evidence as the law requires, and we report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement where reporting is legally required.
The reporting member is never identified to the person they reported.
