Email jailtalkconnections@gmail.com from the address on your account, with the subject “Account deletion request”. We verify ownership and delete the account within 30 days, usually within one business day.
What gets deleted
Your login and authentication record
Your profile: name, photos, videos, bio, answers and preferences
Your posts, comments, replies, likes, bookmarks and drafts
Your messages you sent, and your conversations
Your follows, blocks, mutes and saved items
Your notification settings and any push device tokens
What we may have to keep
Payment and receipt records (amount, date, what it unlocked) — kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. These contain no card numbers; card data is held by our payment processor, not by us.
Moderation records of reports and enforcement actions — kept so a banned account cannot simply be re-created, and to meet legal obligations.
Anonymized, aggregated usage counts that can no longer be linked back to you.
Anything another member independently saved or screenshotted outside the app, which we cannot reach.
Prefer a break instead? You can pause your account, which hides your profile and stops notifications while keeping your data, and un-pause whenever you want.
