Everything sold on Jail Talk is a digital service that starts working the moment you pay, so all sales are final.
Media unlocks, 90-day profile renewals, boosts, and business listings are delivered immediately and are non-refundable. Every account gets a free period first, so you can try Jail Talk before paying anything.
Monthly listings can be cancelled anytime. They stop renewing at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
If you were charged twice or charged for something you did not authorize, we will fix it. Contact us before filing a dispute with your bank.
Accounts removed for violating our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy are not refunded, except where the law requires.
Email jailtalkconnections@gmail.com with the subject "Billing", the email on your account, and the date and amount of the charge. We reply within 1 business day.
